I have filed maintenance case U/Sec 125 CrPC in Family Court in which husband not appeared and now it will be an Ex-Party in which I want to submit written "EVIDENCE BY WAY OF AFFIDAVIT"

Q:1- Framing of issues is necessary in an Ex-Parte OR Not

Q:2-Written evidence is permitted in 125 CrPC OR Not

Q:2- Can I submit my written evidence affidavit directly.

OR

I have to submit application to take permission to submit my written evidence affidavit.
