Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir/ma'am,
My sister is getting married on feb 2015. But i need some advice on printing the marriage invitation since it is accepted as proof of marriage. My father left us when i was 4 yrs old. My mother brought us up. Now i am 21 years old and my sister is 24 years old. I need to know whether by adding my father's name in the invitation will my sister face any trouble in future legally regarding her marriage registration or future marital issues?
Please give me a detailed answer. I need to know everything related to this issue.

It is just a card only. even without card, people got their marriage.

you can put your father's name. No legal issue. infact, it will help you to register her marriage.
