I am living in Bangalore my question is i am married on feb 2014 iam having 6 months old daughter she is low on her weight my wife was there in her mother home after delivery she came to her mother in law house on this month after 6 days she left to her mother home and telling i will not come if u need divorce u can take i went there and asked her father and mother but there not sending her my consent is my baby if i applied for divorce can i take my baby custody pls ans

Dear client custody of child remain with mother upto five years age. So u cannot ask custody right now. Also getting divorce for men is difficult. So first file case of restitution of conjugal rights and ask wife come back. If she will not come back by court order then u can file divorce and will get divorce easily.
