Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Sir/Madam,
I have divorce since 2008 and paying maintenace of rs 3000 ( 1500=xwife, 1500=daughter) till date, one clause was written in mutaul concenrn divorce agreement that once ur xwife get married then 1500 will be not given, my xfatherinlaw inform me that her daughter got married last month and told me not to pay 1500, he gave in written in white paper telling his daughter got married on such date and need not have to pay 1500 and was signed by parent.
my question is: Is that valid when my xwife didnt signed on it or should i approach lawyer for confirmation . please help me what step should i follow.

once she remarry then she cannot claim maintenance from first husband

First got the proof of her marriage and approach your lawyer and he will file application for amendment in maintenance.
