Hi Sir/Madam..
Will divorce can get without wife attention in court.Actually my husband filed a divorce agianst me.But he is saying dont need to come court and all. will get divorce easlily like tat.Is that true

you need to get in touch with a lawyer and appraise him of the situation along with the copy of divorce filed by your husband.

that is xparty divorce but i suggest to take the services of lawyer
