Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir/Mam,

I am a housewife living with 19years old daughter who is persuing studies and admission has been done by her father, if I file a maintainance case against my husband due to his external marital affair so during the proceedings of the case who is liable to pay lawyer's fees. I have no earning source my daughter is also not yet working. I cant afford lawyer's fees therefore I am dropping the idea of filing suit against him but without getting maintainance I won't be able to run house. Please help.
