Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

Me and my husband (married for 5 yrs) stay abroad and we have a baby girl.my husband has two sisters.elder one is staying with her husband in near by town.my husband has built a house in his hometown 5 yrs ago at his own expense.since then his younger sister who is also married stays there along with my mother in law and father in law.she only occassionally visited her husband who was working in bangalore then.we thought she would move to her husband's place in near future.but inspite of my husband repeatedly asking her,she is not at all willing to leave our house.the reason she is saying is that her kid is not well(5 yrs,has problem walking) and that she will go once he is fine.but we realised that she and her husband never cared for their kid and is not giving him proper treatment.they just want to occupy our house and live free of cost.(her husband occassionally stays there).my mother in law is also supporting her.the house is situated in the plot which was owned by my MIL,(her share of ancestral property)so the house was in her name at the time it was built.but it was registered to my husband's name 3 yrs ago as promised earlier by my MIL.but she is now reluctant to send her daughter away with her husband.we dont know the exact reason why she is doing this.we fear that if my sis in law continue to stay in our house ,she might have some right over the house as we only pay annual visit and that too for a month only. .both of my husbands sisters have got their father's share of property(plot that was owned by him),which is equivalent to the share my husband got from his mother.so he didn't claim his father's property .inspite of all that, my sis in law is adamant in this matter and is staying in our house only and she is not paying for her monthly expenses and she spends the money which my husband is sending for my in laws each month.my in laws have no other means of income.what should we do now to make her leave our house and go to her husband?can we get any legal help regarding this ?kindly advice.

Thank you.
