Sir,

This is regarding the joint owner for the house which we purchased.

we have filed the divorce. My wife has planed to give her 50% share to my daughter as gift deed. Kindly let me know the process how to safe guard myself and my daughter so that tomorrow she wont have claim.

Is there any prons & cons if it made as Gift deed ?

we have taken the home on loan and still there are many years to close the loan amount. I am paying EMI all these years and still I am going to pay.

The transfer of ownership can be done after getting legal divorce ?
