Legal Question in Family Law in India

my sister got married to a good man 6 years ago. they were living happily. and they were blessed with a baby 3yrs ago. my sisters husband usually goes on camps becoz of his duty. my sister continued to speak with her frnd who is a boy even aftr her marriage as she considered him to be best frnd. but he loved her. but we dont think he loved her he tried to take advantage of her.recently my sister left her home with baby when her husband was on camp. after seeking the police help it was found that she os in the house of that frnd who lovd her.and we tried to convince her but she rejectd coming back. in her words and behaviour we found that she was badly warned by her frnds family we dont know why she left the home when askd her she is telling only that she wants to stay with her boyfrnd and does nt want to comeback . in her words it was obvious that she blackmailed or threatened by them. inorder to avoid cases my brother in law agreed to give her divorce though he does not want to do so. he still loves her. also my sister is not of the kind who leaves home without any cause....we think she was injected by some kind of slow poison by her frnds family.. when my mother askd her to come home first she said yes by nodding her head immediately she cried and said no i wont come.... she also took all the jewellery and house documents with her when askd about jewellery she said in somewhat unconscious way that she lost them in the journey.... please tell me is there any indian law that can bring my sister back home....please help us.... we have inly 45 days time....pls reply us soon.....
