Legal Question in Family Law in India

My sister got married last year and now in 8th month of pregnancy,his husband always forcing her to live the same way how he wants.He and his family always trying to exercise "Male chauvinism". eg. she has no right to anything, their family keep her isolated even his husband avoid her.

One day while browsing husband's laptop she got mobile recording's of her husband and his ex lover(before marriage).When my sister tried to ask about it, he just took it casually and in reverse he said "its my past, any how if you want to live with us then you must follow our rules".

Even all this happens we tried to find a way by taking elder peoples but he is not listening anyone.

Now in pregnancy 8th month period my sister is with my family and yet her husband or family not made a single call or try to check her.

Please tell us what legal action or charge can we put against him.
