Legal Question in Family Law in India
This is regarding my sister-in-law who had been through a troubled marriage for 8 year's. . Has a 7 yr old boy who is with his dad. She is staying with her parent's for over 4 month's now. . Her husband doesn't allow her to talk to her son neither allow her to meet. We have tried lot of times. . No luck. She tired to meet the child at his school but the principal refused and said the child's father does not give permission. .. pls suggest. .. she just wants permission to meet her child and spend some time with her boy. . Can anyone suggest solution's to this. . Thanks
