Sisters share in undevided Ancestral property|sisters married before 1980| father died on 1977| Maharashtra state - city Pune

Dear Legal team,

Their is an ancestral forefather property (agriculture land) in state Maharashtra, City-Pune, Which is gifted for schedule caste people, from last 80 years the said property is undivided till date, yet we have not divided/sold the said property by any way of means,

In our case we want to high light some below said important points to taken in consideration for the opinion as follows

Total nominee today we are 7 sisters and 2 brothers, in which 2 brother are died on 11/6/2004 and 3/9/2011

We all sisters are married before year 1980.

Our parents Father and mother are died on 1/11/1977(father) and 6/10/2007(mother)

The said property is ancestral gifted for schedule case from last 80 years

The said property till today is undivided �

QUESTION:

Now our brothers family is not ready to give our equal share they says that the Hindu law equal rights came into existence in year 2005 where father and mother has to be alive in that year, �and they say their no equal share to sisters whose marriage has happened before year 1980

Please sujesset in this matter and what will be our share in this situation �in said property and what will be the suitable way to get our rights,

dear client Hindu married girl before 1995 has no rights in the fathers property. still u can take chance for yr share. if court will convince then u may get share. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
