Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

hi, my name is somia. i have two siblings, one sister and one brother. i am the eldest, then my sister then my brother, he is 15 years old. i wanted to ask that if my father has a plot, after his death what share will i get? will my brother get twice the amount of what i get? is there a way that i can get an equal share as my brother? just to mention, my father si deceased.

No way... Its according to Islamic law of Inheritance that the share of deceased is divided by the ratio of 2:1 .. Your mother would be getting 1/8th share and if your grandparents are alive then they will get 1/6 each... For more [email protected]
