My son is heart patient. I can't afford the expenses of treatment. My cousin want to adopt him in Italy. It can be or not. Please reply me free of cost.

there is no law regarding adoption in Pakisan. but he can apply for his guardianship.

He can be appointed guardian under Pakistan Law and can proceed with all he wants to do so far medical, educational and other needs and essentials of the minor are concerned.the second option is of adoption in the country of prospective adoptive parents, who must meet the legal adoption requirements of their country of residence.
