Legal Question in Family Law in India

My name is Sowmya Gaddam, W/o. Swaroop Reddy Gaddam. We both are marriage dated on 20th June 2011 in Laksmi Kalyana Mandapam in Nizamabad, Hyderabad. After Marriage he stay 5 Days in India, On 6th Day he fly to US. That day onwards he never back to India till on dated October 2016 (Total 5 Years 4 Months). First 2 Year he put Visa on 5 times, every time my visa is rejected.

i dont have address for US, were he stay i dont no. i ask to his family members they also not informed. i apply harrasment against to the his family members. now i want to apply divorce case, which one is better to go for fastest process
