Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, need suggestion for my friend query.... she n her husband both are Hindu.. She did all her efforts but her husband and their family are tortured physically and mentally. She don't want to give divorce. She is contesting .. what may be the final outcome?? She filed DV and it is running.. what she need to submit in the court to show they tortured?? If she tell like story do the court accepts it??

dear client..........

If she dont want to give divorce then whts the use of DV ................????

ask her to meet her husband and his family personally and say sorry for all...... this is the way to save divorce..........and re unite ...

other wise weather she contest or she does not contest it will just waste time and their life ... nothing else

so the early the better it is .........
