Hello team, I want to file a transfer application in supreme court for transferring Section9 case from Gwalior(MP) to Haridwar(UA) whch my in- laws have filed against me. I am staying with my Parents in Haridwar so want to get it transferred here.
Apart from this I have already filed aN FIR for what happened with me in Gwalior in my in-laws house. Please tell me the way to get this case transferred to my residual place.

you need to file a transfer petition in the supreme court and the court would grant stay against the case and after hearing the other party, transfer the matter to your state.
