Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am in trouble since 7 years. My husband tortures me physically and mentally a lot. If I try to raise my voice, he beats me. He does it upon his elder brother's guidance. He hadn't give me any right what a wife should have. He force me to give him mouth treatments everyday, but if I ask him what about me then he says I m sick, I can not make physical relations. If I ask him this question in prominent voice, then he beats me. Its not only the things. There are lot many, but please advise me on this.
