Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am very much troubled from my wife and want to get separated from my wife. But, I am in dilemma that should I file the divorce without giving her a chance for mutual divorce as I fear that she may file false dowry harassment against me and my family. She has not stayed with my family for more than one week in 10 months of my marriage. Even after this fear My conscience feels like proposing her for divorce before filing case. Is it really drastically negative if one files the divorce case post filing the false dowry harassment case by wife than if I moved the court before?
