Legal Question in Family Law in India

My name is Umadevi. My husband is govt servant. I filed a petition section 125 under hindu marriage act in 2010. When I have filed this petition, I was not any idea of these types cases. So my lawyer filed petition with these amount:
for me-Rs.5000
and for my daughter-Rs.200
but in 2013, I filed an RTI in department where my husband is working. I knew that him salary is Rs.30000pm. Between this I changed my lawyer and he says that the alimony will decide with Rs.5000 or less. Now I am worrying. What I do? Can I increse the amount regarding petition accordingly him salary.
