Legal Question in Family Law in India

my uncle(tayaji) my cousion( tayajis's son) my real sister is divorce.

my father used to beat my mother and wanted divorce from my mother but for sake of my grandfather he spend his life with my mother.

will it create problem for me at time of divorce as my wife is not willing to give me divorce. she is threatening me for the history of my family.

Not directly. Ur wife may try to establish the conduct of divorce nature ur parents now inherited by u.
