Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I have a very upset situation in my family ... my parents are married for 24 years ..they have 2 elder daughters which are above 18 and two sons below the age of 18 ... my father beats my mother and daughters too .. he beated my mother so much that she started bleeding ...we want to leave him but cant due to the financial circumstances ... we dont have finances ...my question is can court get me my inheritance from my father if i demands it as i am above 18 ... and my parents get seperation ..not divorce .

your mom, sons and daughters are entitled to get the monthly maintenance from your father.

You do not have share in inheritance as long as your father is living.. However, wife in Nikah, daughters before marriage and sons under the age of 18 are eligible for monthly maintenance allowance. [email protected]
