You may better pursue your remedies in the court preferably through a lawyer who should be able to advise you appropriately about your rights about (a) divorce etc.; (b) maintenance; and (c) child custody.

If the divorce petition is pending before court then it will take it own course as far as maintenance is concern you will be getting monthly until unless you remarry to some other person. regarding the child is concern your husband has rights to see his child in case you stop him then he will approach the court to take direction from court to vist child
