Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife have filed DV case on March this year,I got to know about this through E-Court services website,also I have not received any summons from the court till date.I am a NRI employee,also about to join my work abroad in a couple of weeks time.To prevent going abroad,they threaten me by serving summons.How to tackle this legally and join work in time?

dear client...........

need not be worried let the summon be served first .........

if the summon comes manage to return back

this would give you ample time to go and join your work..........

rest need to see the whole matter and then only can suggest you how to move further .......
