Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife side court (lawyer) sending me wrong appearance date. is there any procedure to take action against her or her lawyer. they send 23-10-2014 appearance date but in that date court is holiday. 27-10-2014 they got ex party order in CR.P.C 125 please guide me. THEY FILE MY NAME IS RAMESH BABBU, MY NAME IS RAMESH PLEASE GUIDE ME THANK YOU.
