My Wile has filled maintenance and Domestic violence case against me.She has left home my her own will.She didnt even intimated me and left the home when I was in office.I am a divisional office in railway with attractive salary.
I filled RCR and asked her to join me but she denied in court also.So i amended RCR and filled divorce case.Her interest in not to divorce me or stay with me, only to have good maintenance amount.
She send one letter to GM of railway making false and dirty allegations on me.Also one copy to Womens forem Delhi.
Can you please tell me can GM do anything.I dont want to give my hard earned money to this greedy lady.Please help me how to get out of this lady.

This is a very common problem. These are the tactics employed by wife to extract money. See, if it is proved that she has deserted you without any sufficient reasons, her claim for maintenance can be defeated. Dont let the interim order passed at any cost otherwise you would keep on paying her. Since the matter is pending in court, GM can't take an action.

u given the copy of divorce and asked him that matter is pending in court. only the court can grant maintenance
