Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

If a woman dies and there is no legal heirs, what will be the status of the property. Who will get that property?

there are three categories of legal heirs, 1. Ashab ur Furud, means those whose share has been prescribed, like father, mother, husband, daughters, sisters. 2. Ashab ul Asbah, means those who get the residue, like sons, father, brothers, 3. Zawil Arhaam, means who are the other relatives, like uncles, aunties, nephews and nieces

Now see if any of the legal heirs is there then it would be divided as per category, but if there's no legal heir then the property would be taken by the Govt
