Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am working in out of india, has 2 flats in pune in which 1 flat is on me and my wife name. just the booking amt paid from my wife from the marriage gold. while i m here my wife delivered a girl and now after 6 months she filed DV against me, mothr, married sister. she put case for below reasons, mental, physical, i was insisting her for baby test the times , she put few of their relatives names to proove it. and sge is asking me money. everything is made so smartly and fake. now my mother is living in other house, she is living in new house with kids, and do not want me and my family to come ggere so she filed DV and also asking money. i m paying home lian emi.
kindly suggest how can i handle this case. i m trying to call or sms her from last 6 mobths to live with me but she seems not at all interested. i am planning not to go back to india as i cannot attend court. i am thinking to see if she is ok to take yhe case back in next few months if not then go to india and file a divorce case , but seems she do not want divorce.
1. can i live my new home now if i go to india and show that i sold other flat for some reason
2. she has almost all my details and want to give me pain be not showing kids and take my money.
