I am 60 years old unmarried . Have widow mother with me.I have two sisters married and have children and live with their husbands. My residence property after me who gets?

Dear Sir,

You are the best judge of your property and estate, and the best person to decide who should get the title to your property after you. You may draw up a Will to enable you to firm up your mind how your estate should be transferred to. If you leave it undecided and undeclared, your two sisters will equally share your estate after you.

Dear Sir, Presuming if you're Hindu Family according to Hindu Succession Act 1956 in order to devolution of property goes with the legal rights 1/4 th interests given to each, i.e., You, Mother, two of the Sisters, Okay ?
