Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My brother has bought high valued property and deposited cash in name of my mother. Is all that money illegal or black money? My mother has earned nothing. Then on paper, money should be shown earned by my father and hence, is family partition of all that money possible or not?

Dear Sir / Madam, As you have any doubts regards to you're said money has come from an accretion ( i.e., through the games of learning, or earning) instead of your brother self earned means, than you've choice to sue for the partition at the Court of Law for such of the property, or else inform it to the income tax authority, so that you can fetch the perfect reward, okay?
