My case of recovery was dismissed by the Arbitrator on the grounds that it was time barred under the special rule made by the National Stock Exchange, the time limitaion being 6 months from the date of cause of action. My question is whetehr I can file a suit for recovery in the Civil Court, there being time limitation of 3 years from the date of cause of action.
