You may instruct your counsel to file caveat in terms of C.P.C.

Dear Sir,

During the pendente lite (pendency of suit), when your opponent sought the injunction with respect to that particular matter of subject suit, then you can apply caveat thro' your district court. But only once you can avail the caveat during the pendency of suit restraining the said injuncion, not all the time, Ok ? I hope this convey you, is this ?
