Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am an employee of a bank and am maintaining a fixed deposit joint account with my mother as first holder. Bank has freezed the deposit in relation with an internal inquiry w/o garnishee order or a court order. what are my rights?

Nothing. U have to get the garnishee order vacated.
