Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I took loan 150000 ₹ 5/2015 from money lender with promissory note and gave blank cheque I paid monthly interest of 7500₹ by cash without receipts now l unable to pay the interest so so they gave me statutory notes under section 138(b) my husband underwent open heart surgery I am in financial problem please help me

Dear Sir/Ma'am, Since that collecting monthly 5% rate of interest itself becomes void Ab-initio (from the beginning), then have an absolute remedy through giving a complaint to the Registrar, & Advocate General, Office of the State Co-Operative Society, & Money Lending Department, or post him same in this regard, Okay!
