Legal Question
I paid a certain amount to a certain person on loan for which he issued a cheque without date. when I presented the cheque to my bankers who transmitted the same to the account holder"s bank the cheques were returned endorsing "stop payment" as there was insufficient amount in the payer's account. What is to be done?
