Dear Sir / Madam,

If the Purchase of the property has been property stamped and registered in your name in the record of the Tehsildar / district Registrar the first Owner's son has no locus standi to raise any objection since they have already ceased to be the owners of the property in the eyes of law, You can safely go ahead with the construction activity to build your house thereon.

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

Presuming as that you've purchased the property bona fide one having nil,or unencumbered, then you can safely apply for the Caveat orders against the Court's stay of the disputed land.
