Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Sir,
Am a central Govt Employee..i didn't made any legal mistake..But local sub inspector wants to arrest me without any cause due..So here my doubt is will it be possible to arrest any govt employee without evidence?

1) Without having any cause/ background, how can any Sub-Inspector arrests u either u r a Government employee or not. If Govt employee, then they will inform ur HOD.
2) First enquire from the concerned SI by urself or through a criminal lawyer of repute and find out the facts. Then ur lawyer will advise u the course of next action based on fatcts.
