Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
few days ago a news paper published a Medical prescription in daily edition regarding a story of higher cost of treatment. i want to ask is it legal to publish it in public because it is breech doctor-patient secrecy . it is clearly showing patient name and diagnosis and doctor's signature in prescription

I don't think its legal. its prohibited and action can be taken against the doctor.
