Legal Question in Health Care Law in India

HI Myself Piyush M,

I am pharmacist, I provide customer 10% discount and 5% discount on medical cosmetics and free home delivery. Now I want distribute pamphlets and give advertise in local newspaper. So simple question Can I do the same for publicity. Can I do advertisement/publicity of Pharmacy.
