Legal Question in Immigration Law in United States

I am 21 and I have submitted paperwork for my parents to hopefully receive their legal documentation. We haven't received a letter to say they've received anything or are processing it yet, but we are patiently waiting. My question is, can I be married while we are waiting for the process? Or do I have to remain single while everything is decided or finalized? My fianc and I are trying to plan accordingly.

If you are the petitioner, it will not affect your parents' cases if you get married. You should receive a receipt notice within a few weeks of filing the I-130. If you have not, then there may be a problem with the way you filed the petitions.
