Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pakistan
AOA, Please let me know how can I apply for immigration to Australia. I am working in IT for more than 5 years. I am divorced but I didnt get my paper and still my status is married in papers. I have a daughter who is 4 years old and she is legally in my custody. Please tell me can I apply for immigration to Australia with my daughter with the married status also as written in my passport and ID card?
