Maybe. If you are illegal, once the warrant is executed, you will probably get a bond set for the criminal charge, but ICE will place a no bond hold on you. Talk to a lawyer, with criminal defense and immigration experience, today about your entire situation, to see what, if any, options are available to you.

Most countries are very strict about illegal people in their territories. The US is no exception. If you get cought, you will get deported to the country of your nationality and can not enter the US in the next 10 years.
