dear sir , iam from tamil nadu my friend took my bike and got a accident, and i dont have insurance my bike is now in police station, how do i get my bike back

For releasing bike, you don't need insurance.
If Police has registered a case, then you need a court order for releasing the bike.Pl approach a local advocate for the process.
