usually the insurance companies demand original medical bills of the insured. so to who you will supply the original, from them you will get the claim, however in MACT by photocopies, you can claim compensation

not from all the companies. but if insurance from one company is lesser then the spent amount then the claim can be raised with other company for remaining amount.

judgements are on both sides but the view given by me is more popular
