Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
my grand father is set to distribute his property in his three son. two properties are situated in his city & one is situated in village. one big son's property is gave him past. littel son's property is his name in present. but in second son's property is not gave that any two brothers. my grand father was wrighten on stamp paper in past.
