I need leagal Assitance

My grate grand father had a property of 24 Katta in Jajuar of muzaffarpur(bihar)

at begning it was got divided in 4 equal part (except 1kattta from Road so that everone can get the bennefit of road and everyone's property values are same.

but in 2014 4 of my uncles merged entire land and devided all property in 4 parts with out our considaration

and not given any road so we can reach land which given to us after new dividen now there is huge diffrance in value of the property

and both of them now wanted to sell the property of there 8 katta

and 3 parties of the land wand this devision need to have again

please help me with the same

1) What r u doing since 2014 without contesting.

2) U accepted the partition and now that the prices are high u r disputing.

3) U may however now contest and file partition suit.
