Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hello, my question is about my old bunglow which need to be saved from my grandfather's cousin sons. Its a joint property of my grandpa and his 4 elder brothers. Now my grandpa is no more due to their threatens. Our cousin use to backbite and dominate us by wrong documents and they are making their side strong to snatch the whole property. How should i save my grandpa's house? How shall i f8? What shall i study?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since your grandfather is no more, the easiest and simplest way forward for you is to transfer the title of his old bungalow which vests in your grandmother in her name. No tension.
And, it's best you study Law so that you master all the legal nuances.
