my question is my father won his suit for possession of property against my elder brother Supreme Court . dispute floor possession we got it but my elder brother trespassed another second floor of our house and Supreme Court passed an order in favour of my father that is elder brother will vacate second floor in November 16 and no time will be extend in future .Now my father did ground and first floor in favour of me (younger son) through a registered Gift deed but second floor ownership as it is my father's name this is self acquired property of my father so cam my elder brother will challenge my gift deed in court and can he will create any dispute in vacate second floor on time . please give answer what we do

1) What order SC passed is not clear. Whether only vacating the property or the title is disputed.

2) If title is undisputed by ur brother, then no chance of his contesting.
