Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

sir/mam, the house i'm currently residing is came after my grandma's will into four shares(including for my father). And three of the four share holders are ready to sell the house, but one share holder (my aunt) is not accepting to sell the property and also she is not ready to buy it. what will be the solution? can the other three share holders can sell the property without my aunt? please help me

Dear Sir / Madam,

If there are four beneficiaries named in the Will, the consent of all the four is necessary to sell it. You can partition the property and the three beneficiaries can sell their respective partitioned portions.
