Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

Sir/mam,my father has kicked me out from his property and his business and he have sent us a legal notice to leave his house in 30 days i have a family of a wife 2 children and i have 5 sisters my parents have acquired property from his parents(my grand parents) what can i do now? my only earning source was from business i.e banquet hall i just need to understand full situation

if the property is an inherited one you have a share in it along with your sistersas for the family business what were your terms you will need to give me more facts.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Both your parents (father and mother) are solely responsible for your upbringing till you attain the age of majority i.e till you complete 18 years. It is possible that your wife may even have to secure herself a job to supplement your monthly income. Your sisters may not have been asked to leave the house by your parents. In any case, your sister's well being is not your responsibility as they too can fend for themselves, if they have been asked to leave the house by your parents along with you and your family.
